Tom Duffy has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, building everything from ground up department stores, hospital wings and loads of hotel renovation projects. Growing up as the son of an electrician, Tom has been on job sites since he was a young boy. Tom was a laborer-eventually making his way to Project Manager. Today, as President and CEO, Tom develops, implements and monitors the strategic goals and objectives of the business, including overseeing project management and delivery — while striving to execute at the highest industry standards. His background includes direct experience with nearly every aspect of the construction process — estimating, scheduling, cost control, on-site project management, field quality control, and vendor management. And while he excels at all of these, his favorite part of the job has always been building relationships
